A first conversation about your number. Here is what happens on it, and what helps to have ready.
- What happens on the call
- We go through the number in your Margin Check, find the process behind most of it, and decide together whether an audit is worth doing. No slides, no pitch.
- What to have ready
- Rough monthly volumes for that process, who does the work today, and one or two real examples of the documents involved. Redacted or historical copies are fine.
- Why trust the number
- Our first build saves exactly what its audit predicted: €23,500 a year. Read the audit
- Who should join
- Whoever signs off spending, and ideally the person who does the work today.
- What it costs
- The call costs nothing. The audit is €5,000, credited in full to the build, and free if it finds less than €20,000 a year. If the build saves you nothing, you pay nothing for it.
